Our services are primarily designed around the needs of retail stores and are specific to each employer we do business with. Our focal points are an outcome of indepth discussions with our customers and become a set of predefined needs. These needs being defined for both an organization-wide and per location basis. After installation of your video surveillance system and once it is setup for remote access we can then be sure the cameras can accomplish our objectives.  Our investigation at times may uncover "items of interest" which are reported along with predefined "incident reports".  Incident Reports are also predefined on a per customer/per location basis and provide information on a specific set of criteria.

Let's face it, sometimes people don't always do the right thing. Employee theft on average over the years has accounted for over 33% of total inventory shrink. While the full NRF report entitled the 2018 National Retail Security Survey found that whether the loss is perpetrated by a dishonest employee or organized retail criminals, shrink costs retailers about 1.33 percent of sales, on average.Jan 31, 2019.

It's not always terrible news...

Shrink is a term in the retail environment that defines inventory loss due to Shoplifting, Employee Theft, Administrative Error, Vendor Fraud, or an unknown.
